So to make hokey pokey you need sugar, golden syrup and baking soda.  You need a stove and a pot. First you add your sugar and golden syrup and bring to a simmer. 

Then add the baking soda and put on a tray. Let it set and when  set break into shards and you have made hokey pokey.
